Welcome to the exciting world of bread making. For centuries, bread has been one of the principal forms of nourishment because of its healthy and nutritional qualities. At Caldense Bakery, we use the highest quality wheat and grains in the preparation of our breads. Our kneading techniques and strict quality control are the main reasons for our consistency in texture and flavour. We bake bread seven days a week; so you can expect freshness everytime. Bread exists in many forms, each evolving from the ingredients, methods and customs used. We offer a great variety of breads, from Portuguese Buns (”Papesecos”) to Sweet Bread (”Pćo Doce”).
